The needle’s
cannula is marked in centimeters to make the process as accurate as possible.
An echogenic marker is present at the distal end of the cannula which using
ultrasound allows the needle to appear constantly throughout the process. The
color code is designed to help the user identify the diameter of the device and
is recognized internationally.
